Brewed Glazed Donuts

Recipe supplied by Bundaberg


  • 2 cups The Kind Harvest Co. Plain Flour⁣

  • ⁣1/2 cup sugar⁣

  • ⁣2 tsp baking powder⁣

  • ⁣1/2 tsp salt⁣

  • ⁣1/2 cup soft drink ⁣

  • ⁣3/4 cup yoghurt⁣

  • ⁣2 eggs⁣

  • ⁣40g butter, melted⁣

  • ⁣1 tsp vanilla

Glaze

  • 1 cup icing sugar⁣

  • ⁣1/4 cup any Bundaberg Brewed Drink (add more if it’s too thick)⁣


  1. Preheat oven to 170 degrees and grease donut pan or mini muffin pan.

  2. Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl.⁣

  3. Combine wet ingredients, mix then add to dry and stir until there are no lumps. ⁣

  4. ⁣Fill baking pans to 1/2 or 3/4 full and bake for 10-12 mins or until done. ⁣

Glaze

  1. Combine ingredients and mix well. If too thick, use more Bundy Brewed Drinks. ⁣

  2. Dip cooled donuts into glaze and allow to set.

  3. Decorate tops if with coconut, sprinkles, crushed freeze-dried fruits or shaved chocolate and enjoy!
